Ran the cloud platform for a fintech product team: infrastructure, delivery pipelines and monitoring. Focused on safe production upgrades, fast incident detection, security and keeping cloud costs under control.
Built a training sign-up platform for an obstacle-racing community end to end, working with AI coding agents: architecture, backend, frontend, infrastructure and CI/CD. About 300 athletes use it.
Led a team of 4 release engineers supporting applications on Kubernetes. Was responsible for Helm charts, releases, monitoring and production stability, and set the standards for taking new services into support.
Deployed web and mobile online banking to OpenShift via TeamCity during a monolith-to-microservices migration; set up alerting with PromQL and Grafana.
A decade administering Windows and Linux infrastructure — Active Directory, virtualization, databases, monitoring, and information security — at banks and enterprise IT companies.
